The Veneficus School for Magic was founded about 100 years after Hogwarts. Four students who graduated from Hogwarts built it on an island they created, right off the cost of California, America. They took many of the ideas of Hogwarts to found their new school.
Andrew Anglin was the founder of Anglin House. Anglin students are pure at heart. They are normally confused at what they are good at and need the most help finding out who they are. Their house colors are Navy and White and their mascot is a ferret. Astonomy Proffesor is their head of house.
Lenone Lucier was the founder of Lucier House. Lucier students are normally either the born leaders or the unlikly heroes. They aren't afriad to be themselves. The will gladly stand up for what is right, but can be a bit mischavous at times. The House Colors are Purple and Grey and their mascot is a falcon.
Beatrice Burwell was the founder of Burwell House. Burwell students spend most of their time studying, not that they need it. Most of them are gifted with natural intelegence. They are normally akward in a social situation and prefure the company of a good book. The House colors are Orange and Brown and their mascot is a colt.
Xavier Xandare was the founder of Xandare House. Xandare students are mean and self centered. They know what they want and are not afraid to do what they have to, to get it. They value pure blood as a sign of honor, though they tend to be less prejudice then the Slytherins they are often compared to. Their House colors are black and silver and their mascot is a tiger.
The school it's self is a giant mansion, only a short brooms fly away from the ocean. The outside is a cream color with light brown shingles. Like Hogwarts this building can not be seen by muggles.
